It is considered to be the latest member of El Sayad Group and the second industrial arm of the mother corporation in Egypt. Its main activity is the production of a variety of home appliances under the brand name PASSAP.
Technopol is an Egyptian producer and exporter for the latest home appliances including Refrigerators, Combi Refrigerator, Chest Freezers, Up-Right Freezers, Bottle Cooler, Conservator, Gas Cookers, Water Dispenser located in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt.
It started production in 1999 by manufacturing two models of refrigerators of the auto-defrost type. Nowadays and in this short time period, Technopol succeeded in introducing to the market more than 25 products that vary from refrigerators, deep freezers, washing machines, to gas cookers and gas water heaters. In order to meet market demands, Technopol constantly adds to its range of products what it sees necessary.
In the year 2003, Technopol was certified by Electrolux International Corporation to produce Chest Freezers under brand name Kelvinator which will be serving the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. Technopol Egypt is the only factory in the Middle-East that succeeded in receiving such a license from Electrolux Corporation.
What has paved the way for the success of this newly introduced product and its acquiring of a satisfactory market share beside the other well-established brand names, is the company quality policy which has been passed on to all workers in the factory. Over the years, Technopol has managed to hold on to a difficult but overconfident equation of high quality products with a competitive price.
To help exporting the range of products to the world, Technopol Egypt acquired several quality and conformity licenses such as ISO 9001:2000, CE mark, SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization), and Bureau Veritas Compliance certificate.
